Hello together, I ran a half marathon today and the activity in Sunnto App didn’t show all parameters (e.g. heart reate Diagramm, lap times, etc.). Now I deleted the activity in Suunto App and wanted to synchronise again. Unfortunately this activity will not be synchronised any more. Is there any chance to bring this activity to the Suunto App?

    Thank you in advance!

    Peter

You can wipe app data or reinstall, so all the activities will be loaded again.

      SVTS - 2.40.38
      SSSWHR BARO Amber - 2.8.32
      Samsung A5 2016 - Android 7.0
      Samsung A33 2022 - Android 14 - One UI 6.1
      Suunto App Android 5.2.5 beta
Suunto App IOs 2.45.0 (19123) beta on MBP M1

Thank you for your answer, could you please explain in detail? I am a beginner. What do you mean with wipe app data and what does that mean to activities which are not saved on the watch any more? Thank you!

@leitner_peter You can just uninstall and install app again and do new watch connection, that should load all data from watches again

@Michal-Orlík Thank you! Suunto watch only saves data for a certain time (restricted internal memory). That means not all activities are still on the watch. I am afraid to lose more data if I follow your instruction. Could you please advise? Thank you!

@leitner_peter I think it should synchronize only missing data, not delete anything from your account
