Route navigation

Hello, i have bought a suunto9 baro and i have recorded a running route, but i want to run that route again but using the navigation, i dont know how to do it, if i load a internet downloaded gpx file i can follow with the navigator but i am not able to do it with my own routes. How can i export the clock route to gpx for importing via mobile app? or how can i navigate my clock watch directly without loading it as a gpx file in the app?

@Juanjo-Ivars Can all be done in Suunto App. Open activity, click three dots in top right and select Save Route.

The advice is only applicable on iOS for now.

I do it via Strava. Suunto App syncs to Strava, I download the activity as gpx file from Strava and import it into Suunto App as route.
