Movescount history import is open for all users Spartan/S9/S5

Already done. But activities on past don’t have new laps tablet appearance.
-
I have linked last week but nothing yet. There are a few thousand activities to sync but I guess it should be done by now. No hurry, just reporting…
-
@nassosc for information I had 700 moves to migrate and it took less than 24h (requested yesterday at noon), all migrated sucessfully now
-
Imported everything. Seems ok. Will miss MC web but having a faster sync and integration with 3rd party sites is a plus for now.
I will ask this. I had a route previously synced to MC, but I had re-uploaded another one via SA. Any way to delete the old route?

For your route, you Could uninstall/reinstall SA and sync. Normally the old route will be then deletable in SA (toggle off it before, sync, and then delete).

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Already done. But activities on past don’t have new laps table appearance. Can be a bug?
-
@Luís-Pinto not sure have to ask
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos success - received the email, and really, data have been synced starting in 2009 … I currently can’t say if any historical data are missing, but so far it looks good.
-
@Mff73 Tried that. Didn’t work. Suspect it’s because the old one was made in MC, and since pairing to SA for custom sports profile disconnects it from MC, i can delete it from the watch.
-
Just to set the record straight, yesterday afternoon I received the confirmation email that all my activities are now synced and so it is. Good job suunto.
-
@azeanic can’t*

What about SSU?
-
@fejker ASAP. August start should be the time. All next gen should have this option by then, provided there are no issues. And there are no issues so far.
-
I have about 700 moves in MC made with Ambit1 and SSU. How does this work when you say S9/S5 users or SSU users … will I have to wait for Ambit1 support too in order to move all the activities to SA?
-
@fejker No the connection is based on current paired device to list that option. In theory, you could borrow a friends s5/s9 currently pair it and voila.
But please keep this here if possible. The only reason we put these kinda limits is not to overload our service and to be able to handle feedback with customer care.
So the paired device on SA -> Opens the option -> Once you connect all MC activities , independent of model will sync
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thanks, can be possible that the amount of moves/activities differ from MC Web to SA? For example I have 2 moves on SA and nothings on MC Web during 2013. Each year the SA have a higher number of moves recorded than MC Web, when I can expect the inverse.
Strange, right? -
@flypg for 2013 what activities do you have? Can you pm me the links . ?
