new suunto app failure of synchronization of 24/7 data such as steps, calories and sleep data

Hi all, I’m a bit frustated with the transition between the movescount app and the suunto app becaus all my data on calories and steps is lost. Has anybody had that problem and if so, were you able to sort it out?

@sartoric it’s the spartan whr model, by lost I mean that when I open the suunto app and click on both items (steps and calories) instead of showing me my history (days) I have the message “sync your activities from your watch and get started with the diary”. However, my sleep and activities history are synching just fine.

Have you already seen them in SA, or is it first time you use SA and expect these data to come from MC? -
@Mff73 I’ve seen them everyday until the migration happen, now it doens’t even show me the data from the day after the migration, it just shows me that message "sync your activities from your watch and get started with the diary”

try to clean the app cache
in case try reinstall, looks like the diary is stuck
