Suunto 9 Reset with Suunto Link - Data recovery?

If I have to reset my Suunto 9 with Suunto Link, will all previously saved data from the Suunto app be reloaded on the watch?
Procedure:

sync watch with Suunto APP
connect watch to computer, reset with Suunto link
Sync the watch again with Suunto APP ==> All data back on watch?

I am so confused.

@running-L As far as I know and recall, not all data will be back on the watch.

No, almost none of your settings will be saved or synced back after a reset. Too bad the app doesn’t save user settings because it consumes a lot of time to set all the settings and configure the sport modes again.
