Heart Rate Zones mismatch

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out why the bar graph or time spent in heart rate zones doesn’t correlate with the graph of the heart rate data with the zones overlaid.
The data (and my perceived rate of effort during my intervals) tell me that I spent a fair amount of time in Zones 4&5, yet the horizontal bar chart says I only spent 52sec in Zone 4 and none in Zone 5. Is it possible the bar chart is still using the default HR zones, and not the ones I imputed?!

double check the graph after few hours. I also noticed sometimes that the zones do not match what is setup in the watch. Did not notice a mismatch between the time spent in zone and the graph though…?!

Did you manually set your zones? For sure I’m not an expert, but zone 3 and 5 are huge while 4 is very narrow

I haven’t noticed any issue with HR zones in my training @Jonathan-Schwarz.

Me neither. everything ok about my workouts.
Do you have the latest version of suunto app in beta?
If I were you I would try to reinstall the app.

…I forgot to say: I’ve seen this, too… but after some time the graph becomes correct in my case. If I look immediately after the upload it will have incorrect zones, but if I look some time later it’s good.

@Jonathan-Schwarz My last run was about 13 hours ago, so if delayed processing fixes it, it would have been fixed… Still I spot-checked the past 4-5 runs, and the chart matches the graph just fine, down to a minute I’d say. Perhaps, something’s got screwy with that particular run?

I’m missing heart rate zones from all my xc skiing activities in Suunto app. I am using the newest beta version on iPhone (2.19.1). The zones are showing on my Suunto 9 baro but not on the app. All other activities show the zones as normal. Does anyone else have this?
