Why the activities “logo” icons top of the left in logbook menu are grey and not colorful like before…?
It have any sense or meaning?

Everything else in watch work perfect.
watch and app with last updates…

I understand that your watch has the info that your activity is not synced yet…
do you see your activities in SA?

@TELE-HO yes everything its ok in app!
Only in the watch its the “problem”…
And I did and soft reset…the same.
Also I tried and different activities the same results…grey logo icons
When pass the exercise in app its ok.

Maybe are you syncing with MovesCount only?

@sartoric only with suunto app (major) and movescount web… (automatically with suunto link open)
And also I use it for import routes and modify sports profiles

I dont have MC in my phone.

But if I remember right, when the watch save the activity automatically the icon was ok (colourful)…with not any sync.

Now when it saves its always grey…strange

no worries about english.
vice-versa as sartoric said: opposite.
I don’t know if S9 marks or unmarks activities in the watch as unsynced again…
when I did the MC and SA sync, I first synced to MC and then to SA.
I don’t want to question the sync to both ecosystems… I decided to sync only to SA.
But maybe try this: put your phone in flight mode or bluetooth off, do a short “fake” activity and check the color in the logbook, then sync to SA only and check the color again.
If everything is fine, you should first see gray icons, after sync, colored icons

I do the procedure you say nothing.

I try to connect via cable in MC WEB and recognize all the activities…An the logo in the watch get coloured.

Second try:
1.Clear memory cache in sa
2. Forget connect and again new
3. Made a quick activity color grey (in the watch)
4. Sync with sa again grey in the watch…
But sync with movescount get coloured!!

I’ve notice I have this problem after last suuntolink update…

After a movescount sync the color changes. Sa should show gray if there is also MC sync going on
