Calibrage distance de la Suunto 7

    Bonjour à tous,
    Suite à un exercice sur tapis de course hier, je me suis rendu compte du décalage entre la distance qu’affiche la montre et celle vraiment réalisé sur le tapis. Après avoir lu quelques articles qui indiquent un besoin de calibrage de la montre lorsqu’elle n’utilise pas le GPS. Je regarde la façon de procédé pour la suunto 3. Cependant aucun article sur le S7. Savez-vous comment je dois m’y prendre ? Dois je le faire depuis l’application Suunto sur mon Iphone ?

      J’ai eu la réponse par le service d’assistance. Il n’est pas possible de calibrer l’accéléromètre sur la Suunto 7. Il n’est donc pas possible (pour ma part en tout cas) d’obtenir des données fiables lorsque je fais des séances sur tapis de courses.

        La S9 re calibre son accéléromètre quand tu cours en extérieur avec le gps en mode Best.
        Les données sont plutôt fiable je trouve.

        Peut-être est-ce pareil avec la S7.

            Good morning, everyone,
            After exercising on the treadmill yesterday, I realized the discrepancy between the distance shown on the watch and the distance actually done on the treadmill. After reading a few articles that indicate a need to calibrate the watch when it is not using GPS. I’m looking at the process for the suunto 3. However no article on the S7. Do you know how to do it? Do I have to do it from the Suunto application on my Iphone?

              @Florian-Deleuze as someone suggested, previous devices would automatically calibrate if you run outdoor with GPS, and then use this calibration factor when you run indoor. Does it work for the S7? I am not sure.

                  I have done two runs with the S7 on a treadmill. First one showed 20% longer distance on the watch than on the treadmill. This was after using the S7 for one week and only for two outdoor runs. Second one on the threadmill (three weeks and 14 more outdoor runs later) showed only 2-3% longer distance on the treadmill and the difference occured the very first minutes. It can be a coincidence or it can also be that the watch has calibrated.
