S9B shows strange behavior

@Cuba1hr press down until you get to “Battery mode”, then select “Custom” and there you can disable GPS.
-
Aaaah yes, that’s it. I knew there was something:)
Thanks, it has been a while since I was messing with the battery modes.Although those settings should be available when customizing sports activities in the app itself, in my opinion.

@Cuba1hr and what you requested, enabling or disabling GPS, is in the latest software update

I see now in the app news about firmware update. I will update, but I guess you meant somewhere in the options of activity on the watch itself, not the Suunto App (in the latest SOFTWARE update). It would be nice to have options there, beside “just screens” and name of the activity, to set all those things through the app. If it appears somehow, I will have to delete the post:)
…and to edit I am really intrested how to choose multiple SuuntoPlus options, i.e. Strava, TrainingPeaks pace & heartrate or you are limited to only one of SuuntoPlus “features”. Updating…

Yes I meant on the watch, without the need to have a custom battery mode.

I think you can activate only one at the time.

Yes, alright. I was hoping for Virtual Racer/Race Pace maybe in the SuuntoPlus update, but nothing for now…off-topic.

Interestingly enough, this morning I woke up and my screen was black. Thought the battery ran out during the night because yesterday evening was at 30%, and although it should not, I thought that was the case.
I plugged the cable in and to the charger, but in the app noticed that the watch was still connected and it correctly measured sleep and HR until I removed it.
Not it is plugged to my computer and I just sent logs via Suuntolink [1].
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos should I try to reboot and send logs again, or this is enough?
The screen is still black so I will reboot it at some point, but I am waiting in case I can help with debugging[1] ID: 93593450400

This black screen had happened to me 2 or 3 times with previous firmware (I do not remember which but there are posts, other users had the same), not with the latest. I thought it was solved because after a firmware uograde I have never faced it again. Is like the watch is working but the screen can’t wake up.
With a soft-reset it should be solved.

@cosmecosta it’s the first time it happens to me, and I am using the latest firmware at the moment.
