    Hello!
I tried to find out if the topic was already been treated and it seams it was not, so…
I am trying to train with intervals and I need only the pauses to be set at 2 min, the training time it’s not needed since it can vary. Is there already a way to set such training with automatic 2mins pauses or should I be just keep using the laps a staring at the watch to avoid over pausing?
    thanks! ⛰

I don’t think it can be done.
Intervals, by definition, need the interval to be set 😄

          What if you do this:

Set the interval before starting an excercise:

          Interval: 2 min
          Recover: 0 min
          Repetitions 1x

Then you start the excercise and every time you want to pause, you start the Interval. It will run once for two minutes en vibrate when it’s done. Because you have the repetitions set to 1, you have the possibility to reset. Once it’s time for your second pause, you just start the interval again.

Is this an option for you?

@surfboomerang Really smart solution. I tried it today for my workout 3 min uphill and free downhill and it worked great.
But, in SA there is shown only one interval, so you cannot compare all intervals together. However, no such big problem for me.

This is an SA bug that is known and will be fixed. Don’t know when though.
