It has been a few weeks that the figures (1) displayed on the wtach screen, and (2) recorded on Movescount, and coming from a HR belt, are incorrect. Eg between 170 and 230 this norning, or 30 the other day. I have changed the belt and the battery to make sure it the problem did not come from that. What can I do? Thanks

First, try a watch soft reset

      SVTS - 2.40.38
      SSSWHR BARO Amber - 2.8.32
      Samsung A5 2016 - Android 7.0
      Samsung A33 2022 - Android 14 - One UI 6.1
      Suunto App Android 5.2.5 beta
Suunto App IOs 2.45.0 (19123) beta on MBP M1

@mjoncheres Are you exercising inside? Outside? How’s humidify? What heart rate sensor are you using? How contacts on the sensor pod itself look – sometimes there’s rust or accumulation of dirt… Did you re-pair the sensor following battery change?

I remember Polar H7 needed to be reset (you short the contacts by reversing polarity with the battery for 30 sec) when it went berserk. Also, properly moistening sensors on the belt, or even using electrodes cream, might be a good check. I’d also try an alternative sensor if you have access to one, just to be sure it’s on a watch side.
