@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos @isazi I use a chest strap (Polar H10), but in the picture you can see the drop of the heart rate. But also you can see that the heart rate zone diagram is based on the correct readings.

I’ve seen this drops with the Polar H10, for me means that it needs to be cleaned deeply (wash-machine in my case) or wear it tighter.

Regarding the zones, first if you took the screen shot just after the activity probably they are wrong because the App needs a little time to update it with the values it has in the servers. Second, which are your zones? Are you sure they are correct, well defined? How are they in the watch, match with the SA app?

@jacovdbosch what @cosmecosta said. I also have seen the drops. I just cannot read the interbeat interval thus creating a low HR

Thanks all for the help. I’m gonna clean the belt deeply (wash-machine, instead of hand wash ) and I will change batteries. I’ll let you know!

Cold water, new belts are rated 30C previous 40C but I would suggest not immersing them in anything more than room temperature.

Using the Polar H10, if you connect it to the Polar Beat mobile app you can see the battery level, in my case the original one lasted around a year with 5 to 6 hours of weekly use on average.

I use Polar H10 with no issues.

I always check the battery status with Polar Beat or BatON (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.limi.baton) and check that I have enabled what I need (1 Bluetooth or 2 Bluetooth connections, no ANT+… )

Last tip, every time I close my workout, I remove the capsule from the belt so I ensure, no battery drains

@cosmecosta @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos @suzzlo I washed the belt deeply and changed the batterie. It looks good now, no problems with the registration of heartrate anymore! Thanks, this was the solution.

I checked the former batterie at Polar Beat. It showed ‘half full’, but it seems that isn’t very accurate all the time
