I put my s7 in the charger last night. Battery was at 40% ish. When I woke up the watch was in responsive. Screen is black won’t turn on. Nothing happens when I put back on charger. Any ideas.

@Holby19 leave it on the charger and hold the upper left button down for 60s. It may not have charged.

@Brad_Olwin that did it. Seems like the charger has trouble connecting. Or maybe the human has trouble connecting the charger.

@Holby19 not often, but a couple of times it happened that I thought the cable was properly attached to the watch, but it wasn’t, or I moved it after and it disconnected enough to not charge.

My cable is very touchy and I have to check to make sure the watch is charging.

my expectation: if the S7 discharges completely you must first connect it to the charging den for at least 30 minutes and then turn it back on, but disconnected from the cable, press the top left button for more than 12 seconds.

When my watch dies during exercise, it typically takes only a minute or less for the watch to show a charge icon after attaching to the cable. Once sufficient charge is available the watch will automatically reboot. The reboot happens within 5 min.

why doesn’t this happen in my S7? I can only turn it back on if I conclude the procedure I described earlier. So does this mean that our S7, although updated to the latest firmware, are not all the same? I begin to understand little with this watch
