For example, if I forget to turn off the activity, and then drive, then save the activity, the recovery time will increase inadequately high. The same thing happens if there are incorrect /high HR data, for example when swimming. Recovery time is then very high, and unusable for me, because I don’t have a chance to get to zero during my trainings.

@slaine Recovery time is the suggested time to wait until the next hard effort. For my training, recovery time is not all that accurate, mine is often 48-120h during the summer when I am training for races. Make sure your max HR and HR zones are set properly. I have an LTHR test twice per year.

Yes, I know that, I have set the HR zones and the intensity of the training correctly, and during normal training, the recovery time approaches reality. The problem is that when I save an “incorrectly recorded” activity, such as driving a car 50 km, or swimming with an average HR 200, than the recovery time in the activity time is very high and distorts the total recovery time. After that it is no longer possible to reach normal values or 0 in total recovery time.

@slaine Unfortunately there is no way than a full reset. Sorry but I passed the feedback along.

I would like to have that as well

Hi Dimitrios, thanks for the feedback. I thought the reset is not possible for now, but it would be a big deal to make recovery time more usable.
