Lately, e.i. after my last four runs, the watch has not transferred the activities automatically to the Suunto phone app. In the phone app it says that the watch is busy. Earlier this has only occured when the Suunto app of the watch was open, but now this occurs even when the workout has been stopped and the Suunto Wear OS app closed. The way to fix it is to open and then close the Suunto Wear OS app. Any idea why this is happening?

@aeroild I have noticed in mine that I need to swipe right on the workout summary screen for it to upload. To clarify, after pausing and then stopping/finishing a workout the watch displays a summary with your time, heart rate, averages, etc. You need to swipe closed that screen (swipe right) for your watch to no longer show as busy on the app and to start syncing the activity to your phone. Hitting the top left button on your watch from the summary screen (which also takes you back to the home screen) will leave the watch as busy and won’t sync activities until you open the app and close it again, as you said.

@RussellllR - or at the bottom of the workout details there is a close and delete button. Using the close button does the same thing.

@Jamie-BG @RussellllR Thanks for the suggestions! I guess I’d started a bad habit of using the upper left button instead of swiping right like I used to do.
