Suunto 9 error reset with suuntolink

hi, i’m new of this forum. Hi I have a problem with my Suunto 9 baro. It doesn’t work and both soft reset and hard reset with Suuntolink doesn’t work. How can I solve my problem?

Guarda, ho un Traverse alpha, non so come si fa funzionare per i percorsi di trekking e non so come si cancellano i registri per le prove che sto facendo a caso…

What do you mean saying “it doesn’t work” ?
Maybe you should contact support, you could have a defective one.
