Suunto 7 (WearOS) sync with Google Fit

Hi Folks, I am new in WearOS yet not to Suunto.
It is my first real watch running on this OS.
I have setup both Suunto App and Google Fit app for steps and HR tracking.

I know how data are being sync with Suunto App, but can you tell me how Google Fit data sync between watch and phone? I did some random check phone app but still see no data comming.

@masi0 the watch syncs directly to Google Fit servers when set up correctly.

watch is ineed setup correctly with fit app configuired with same account, so not sure what else must be correctly done?

@masi0 if you also link the Fit account to Suunto Wear App (in the setting of the Suunto Wear App) you should be good to go.

Thanks a lot. BTW do you recomment to enable activity tracking in Google Fit settings? It is disabled by default

I have to wait several hours, sometimes half a day to a day untill my data gets synced to google fit…
Not very happy with that app…

@masi0 - why would you want to use Google fit to track when the Suunto app is so much better?

@Jamie-BG The reason I bought this watch is Suunto App. Fit is just an addon
