How exactly does the Recovery metric work?
According to the manual it takes into account distance and EPOC, however does it take into account prior training sessions that day, that week and that month.
I knowthat Recovery of one session will be added to another, but that is not what I mean; I am referring to whether this metrics looks at your overall daily/weekly/monthly activities and adjusts accordingly
i.e. if you EPOC/PTE is high 5 days in a row i.e. EPOC > 50 & PTE +3 and you have done that for 5 days in a row, surely by day 6 (and to a degree the previous days) your recovery time should be growing longer for each activity as you aren’t providing sufficient recovery time to properly rest it.

And while I know those values will create a recovery time under 24hours, so effectively your body would have “recovered” before every session, surely the wear and tear etc must/should be increasing that recovery time each time.
Or does the app only expect to see that based on distance/EPOC; which wouldn’t make sense as body wears down, the EPOC would probably reduce or would it rise as HR showing more struggle?

Anyone know? Anyone have any thoughts on this?
