White scratches on the display appeared

    Hello friends,

    My S9B all of the sudden started showing some white scratches or lines at the display level, this morning.

    There’s a short and larger white mark (top and bottom) please see images attached.

    I’ve done the soft reset and those didn’t disappear while rebooting, they’re always there no matter which watch screen I’m on.

    Sounds like a HW issue to me, any ideas, suggestions or past experiences with such issues?

          @freeheeler most likely, even when the screen is turned off temporarly during the soft reset, those marks still there so 😕

                    @herlas I wrote a bit more, but looks like the stop and go I did shorted my answer…

                          @herlas a friend of mine had that issue and the screen will not work if is the same as he had. Call the support and repair it. Don’t use.

                            @bulkan right, I’ve already called support, it’s going to be quite a journey, in my country (México 🇲🇽) Suunto has closed the service center and business offices it looks like due to pandemic, called support and they’re checking whether I need to send it to USA 🇺🇸 or Finland 🇫🇮, next week I should know the next steps.
