      @isazi that’s what I thought. I costumer support told me that I need to send it in, which I already did two times but they said nothing can be found and it works fine. But I have the same problem still… Any ideas what I can do?

        @theresia-wetzel may be cable issue? Have you tried to clean contacts?

          @pavel-samokha That’s the first thing I tried. Didn’t help 😞 The interesting thing is, that I have no issues charging it via Laptop. That makes it so wired and hard to understand the problem.

            i have no S7, but couldn’t there be any wear OS setting that could prevent the watch to charge at “full” speed if … (but strange that it is the wall charger that fails, but who knows).

              @theresia-wetzel have you sent in to support both watch and cable?

                  @pavel-samokha yes and yes. Nothing could be found but nothing has changed either. Still the same problem.

                    @theresia-wetzel yep, weird case.
                    Have no idea other then find someone with S7 in you vicinity and check with his cable/S7 or return S7.

                        Have you used a charger without fast charging - only 5V?

                            There is obviously no issue with your cable, and or your watch as performs fine with laptop, thus must be related to:
                            Wall socket.
                            USB charger plug (I use an old mobile one, that is basically the same power as a USD port in a laptop, and have no issues - mine fully charges in under 90mins). I do not have it in a faster charge plug unit.
                            Would suggest changing both to see if that can’t help.

                              @jamie-bg I would be glad if it would be this easy. Already tried different wall sockets, even in different apartments and houses. No difference.
                              I tried 5 different charger USB plug ins, even bought two new ones with 5V and 2 with 0,5A (like the suunto support told me to try) and still no difference. And my two different power bank won’t work at all. I really don’t know what to do and I’m starting to think I’m crazy. I love this watch, it works perfect for me but it makes me insane that I only able to charge it via laptop 😞
