how to put music on the device?

so i have a bunch of music on my pc,
now i can not seem to link my suunto 7 to my pc,
cant drag and drop from windows,

so i’m kinda lost in the woods on this one,
i cant seem to find a music player on the suunto either,

please can anybody tell me how i get this to work?
