How do I add my upcoming workouts to the app and watch?

I have also posted this in the Suunto App questions. Not sure which is the better place to ask this question. Please delete one which is in the wrong place. Sorry if I being really stupid. I have just got a Suunto 9 Baro. I am new to the Suunto app. I can’t seem to work out how to add my training workouts for the upcoming weeks in the Suunto App. What am I doing wrong? I can’t seem to find an add button. Do I need to change views or something? Thanks in advance. Apologies if this is an obvious thing but I literally can’t seem to find out how to do this.

I want to add say Thursday Zone 2 recovery run 1 hour. Friday 1 hour run (inc intervals), Saturday 40 mile bike ride, etc. Then sync these with the Suunto 9.

I’ve replied to the other oneClosing this as it’s a duplicate.
If you search for structured (or complex) workout you’ll find several threads and you’ll discover that it won’t be enabled in SA itself maybe from 3rd parties, but no one know atm.
