Update time in Europe?

@nigel-taylor-0 not sure what you talk about. This is my view
My screen with <-- TODAY at the top just has Daily Activity heading and then only Resources and Heart Rate underneath, no Step or Calorie graph (and no Sleep, but I guess that will be rectified when I’ve actually slept!).
If I go to yesterday I see ‘Steps’ and ‘Calories’.
(it may be because I’ve not actually moved since the update?! Will try as soon as I can finish this meeting )

@Nigel-Taylor-0 I’m seeing everything I would expect to see on my Android phone.
-
@nigel-taylor-0 reboot your phone, or restart the app.
-
@aleksander-h I don’t think these update % allocations apply with this screen tapping community!

after the update I now since 20mins have the message “finalizing system update” …
is this normal? How long should it take? -
Also - the change log refers to “New Outdoor watch face”…which implies a face called ‘Outdoor’ ?
But the new face is “Solstice”.
-
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Wow! Pretty impressive amount of sleep!
-
@isazi I’ve rebooted - however I’ve noticed it shows a “-” under Steps, Calories (and Sleep) at the display you get on the ‘Home’ screen in the App, so most likely I’m just not getting Steps or Calories because I haven’t moved since doing the update (and its lost steps and calories from earlier today? (although I see steps and calories “on the Watch” )
Will have a walk about as soon as I can, and see if that makes a difference!
-
@nigel-taylor-0 sorry dude, I thought you were after the info on the watch, my bad

Steps has now appeared in the summary, but the total seems to be “the number of steps SINCE I updated” whereas I can see the movement across the day in the graph.
I guess its catching up with itself, or todays today is just wrong for whatever reason, I think it’ll be OK though moving forwards.
-
@nigel-taylor-0 maybe was not synced before the update
-
@jantikainen I have been trying my best. I had sleep avg hr 77 bpm and quality 10 typically.
Food and beer late at night didn’t help.
Now I eat and drink in the evening. Like a Dutch person not Greek style anymore.

Seems we also got the march 2021 security update.
Genuine question. Are there any other WearOS watches where the users have been given this many meaningful updates? For the longest time I felt like AndroidWear/WearOS manufacturers operated under the “dump and run” motto.

Most likely this was it (although the data is there in the graphs?!).
I’m pretty sure I’ll only get duff data for today, so all ok with that…it looks like the watch has suddenly become VERY complete
Daily step, sleep, calories, body battery + heart rate tracking, the best, most visibly useful in-activity maps of any activity watch, Google Pay, all on a beautifully vibrant screen…
…and a hint of sensor support in the first party app coming along in future. If Suunto can keep these updates coming, they can be in a very strong starting position in the future if and when the h/w catches up with lower power processors and better battery life.
I would update to a future Suunto 7+ device with 7 day regular battery life and 18hrs of GPS tracking (24hrs in “Good”!?) in a heart beat.
-
All displaying now (although the ‘totals’ are ‘from the time of the update’).
It does seem like there should be extra tabs in the Diary section for selecting Heart Rate and Resources (similar to the new Sleep section)…otherwise there is no way to just glance at Heart or Resources data over a number of days to get trends??
-
@nigel-taylor-0 why would you need a daily HR trend? Take a look at the sleep HR now instead. That is what is important.
-
@isazi How to do that?
-
@aleksander-h How to do that trick?
