Watch updated this morning. Came home to use it and it was very laggy/slow to respond after pressing a button. Then went to start an activity and it just doesn’t work, get a yellow screen saying there is an error and trying to fix, which it can’t. So I did a factory reset and now my watch can’t even be recognised by my phone (Wear OS, Suunto Ap, directly on phone) so can’t set it up to see if it works. Restarted it but still nothing. Had this watch for about 15 months.

@magoo After restarting phone a couple of times with no luck and turning bluetooth off/on, etc, I uninstalled the Suunto and Wear OS aps, reinstalled them and then restarted watch and this seems to have fixed things. Annoying that have lost the apps, music, settings, etc, I had but at least it seems to work now. I did unpair/forget my watch and before setup once I did the factory reset but this had no impact, hence why I ended up uninstalling the aps and starting fresh

no solution yet, as it appears… unless factory reset which most of us do not favour as the first thing to do
