    how do you determine your avg HR in SA for certain sections when you don’t use manual “laps”?
    I’m thinking of different climbs during a run that you did spontaneously without proper planning

      @freeheeler I would use quantified self for that.

      But in regards to habits I stopped doing that.

      My eye can see the effort. The number is not interesting at all. Why would it be , I ask now my self.

      Before I wanted to know if it was 156, or 168 as if that was something I would ever compare against in the future and understand something, to adjust my training.

      Ok, training rant off. 😂😎😀

        @dimitrios-kanellopoulos
        my wife does use SA only and we were discussing about avg HR and of course when she runs flat the HR is different compared to when she runs uphills and then downhills… it’s more a question of curiosity rather than real analytics 😉

          @freeheeler there may be a feature request for something like this, i.e. selecting splits on the graph and get statistics for the selection.

            @freeheeler I have not been able to find the request, so maybe time to create a new one?
