Suunto 9 raise to wake feature

I have downloaded new software but unable to make this feature work. Any suggestions are welcome

@grant28 Please ensure both Raise to Wake and Standby are set to On.

During exercise this feature working as it should, during normal wearing watch is not waking up backlight. -
@miš-kan read above - Standby light needs to be on to make it work in watch mode.
A bit lacking logic imo. -
@egika if you rely only on logic, clear and precise instructions for use are completely unnecessary.

standby off raise to wake during an exercise? -
@дима-мельниченко that during exercise you have raise to wake backlight.

@isazi If one refers to the picture, both scenarios have exact same description - almost word for word.

@дима-мельниченко If you do not want raise to wake on all the time but only when you exercise, this is the setting. I imagine this might preserve daily battery life better than leaving it turned on all the time.

@brad_olwin what I’m saying is according to the picture @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos provided there are two combinations leading to the same result. I’ve checked and it is indeed so.

@дима-мельниченко ideally the raise to wake should be disabled if the backlight is not set to on.
There are with the backlight off 2 raise to wake options , that yes have the same effect. None.
However once the backlight is set to something else those are 2 different options.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos that disagrees with my experience.
If standby is off and raise to wake is either on or exercise only, raise to wake is present only during an exercise.
My setup:
S9 non-baro, circuit training
However I don’t think that my results are limited to either one of the above. -

According to the above picture when standby light is off raise to wake does nothing. Right ?
If it works for you (I just tested and doesn’t for me) then it’s out of the specs so a bug right ?
