      Hello!
I did two activities on different days:
      2:36’22 duration
      27.9km
      163 TSS(hr)
This activity involves two wrong GPS speeds of 66.7km/h and 70.3km/h. On this activity I stayed stopped on the same place during more than 1:00 hs because I meet with some friends on the way.

      Another activity:
      1:33’47 duration
      29.89km
      116 TSS(hr)
Only one wrong GPS speed of 47.8 km/h.

Comparing both activites the TSS(hr) not sounds logic because if I compare this with others similar intensity activites can’t affirmate that this 47 TSS(hr) difference is related to my effort in the first activity. The track is almost 100% the same, distance also, effort was higher on the second activity and HR graphics support this showing a higher intensity (hr) on the second one.

How it’s that first activity have higher TSS(hr)?
The processed info consider the stopped time as a highly TSS?
      Thanks!

@isazi Thank you. Yes, intensity or durantion matter.
But this not take in consideration if my HR is low and the speed is zero means that no activity is doing? With only durantion, even at zero speed, the TSS continue increasing?

@flypg speed has nothing todo with TSS (based on heart rate)

Unless your HR is 0, the hrTSS will increase with duration, but as you can see with lower HR it increases less rapidly let’s say. If you do not want to count that time into the activity you need to pause the activity. If you were using some kind of power meter on your bike and would stay still, power would be 0 and would not count towards TSS. Same for rTSS (running), if you stand still and your pace is 0:00 then TSS is not increasing.

It’s also my experience that duration is more important than intensity in terms of generating tss. So long bicycle rides generate way more than intensive runs. I hope this measurement still evolves, but must say I’m already very happy with the TP addon.

                  @dimitrios-kanellopoulos @isazi @Jurjen Thanks a lot to all! Now it’s clear for me 🙂
I don’t know for why I imagined something different about how is calculated, even when I read superficially about the TSS when it’s launched on SA. I don’t know, I imagined something that if the activity is cycling, speed is 0 and HR is < 100 = no activity is doing and this did not take in consideration this segment, yes, only on my head happened this. 😵
Time to read in deep about TSS and use the pause more frequently for more accurate results 🙂
                  Thank you again!
