I am moving the questions regarding the activity numbers in the profile screen here.

Hello can anybody explain what is meaning of fields activities and kilometers in profile screen? What sports are included? I have 109 activities and 1024km there. But when i see in diary for all sports i have 665 activities and 5697km. What exactly this activities and kilometers mean in profile screen?

@tomas5 the data is taken from all public activities, if I’m not mistaken.

@tomas5 I have this issue also, had it for months now in IOS app.

if you scroll through your home page activities I am willing to bet there will be a gap in what activities are shown, for me there is a gap from about 3 months ago to 1.5 - 2 years back then it continues again showing my activities going back from then, effectively missing 1.5 years worth of activities - Hard to explain but hopefully you know what I mean
the calendar dots show the correct info, i am also missing months of daily usage stats - steps, calories and Sleep data.

@dmytro that is how it used to be, but now I see the total number of all my activities there.

@isazi but if there is total number, than why i have such big difference in number of activities? Could be that in profile there are only activities recorded by suunto 5 but in diary there are all activities including migrated from MC?

@dmytro i am almost sure that i don’t have 109 public activities. I think all of tham are set for folowers.

@tomas5 not sure, could be as I do not have MC activities to check. Can I use your screenshots to report this to Suunto?

@isazi I have both, activities synced directly with Suunto app and old ones imported from Movescount, all marked as private and my totals are the same on both diary and profile views.

@isazi of course you can use screenshots for report, it is not much a problem, just i don’t understand what this numbers means. Thank you.

Edit: i checked some old moves, some of them are private, some of them are folowers so it is maybe because of that.

I will add mine aswell as its the same issue, @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos tried looking into it via IOS team but the coms just went silent when IOS team said nothing was wrong???
If scroll down through the diary screen activities list after reaching say Aug2021 it then jumps to Jan2019, lots of missing activities.
when i requested my data via support under GDPR ~I received the correct 1196 activities (as it was at the time) so they do exist somewhere.

another issue is the missing months of daily data from the charts!!

@pavel-samokha sure, but it’s Sunday and @Brad_Olwin was faster than me. Should I fill in a report with Suunto or are you already aware of this issue?

should be fixed for you both.
The error was probably due to MC import, but I can’t say that I 100% sure and do not see a reason to verify now, just flushed the stats

In general profile stats updates are async, may be delayed. If anyone has similar issue when profile stats are substantially differs from stats in your app - you can ping me .

Similar discrepancy here, about a dozen less activities (on more than 700), and 200 less km in profile vs diary…
