Yesterday, after making sure there was a GPS lock on my S9B, I ran to work 5.2km but my Suunto App track had me starting the run 2.4kms into the run and finishing way out to sea 8.4kms later. In the afternoon I ran home from work and although I had a GPS lock before I started, the watch only recorded elapsed time, cadence, ascent and descent, steps and heart rate but no track or distance. I tried a reset but again no track or distance. It has always been pretty good although I have had serious track anomalies on trail runs through the bush. Is there something I can do to get the watch back on track, or is it time for it to join the Ambit 2 and 3 in the top drawer and get something else?

@stuart-corbett is the watch very old? Would it be worth to have service check it out?

@isazi Thank you. The watch was purchased in October 2018 so is getting old. I did however manage to fix my problem. When I restarted the watch the Active GPS setting was showing β€œNA”. I restarted again and the current date came up and worked fine this morning.
