Apparently as of 4th March the Suunto app is compatible with Android tablets.

The information provided by Suunto is unclear. It says you can create routes on the tablet, save them to Suunto’s server, and then upload the routes to the watch using your phone.

However, you’ve always been able to do that (since 2017 at least), so why the announcement? What’s new?

I tried making a Bluetooth connection from my tablet to my S9B, but no luck so far.

If I can set up direct transfers between tablet and watch I will, since it will save a bit of time. Has anyone got it working?

@david-young I think the announcement was made to drive extra attention to the matter. The tablet mode for SA was released quite recently, though you indeed could use SA with your tablet in the past.
Regarding the watch connection: you can pair your watch with only one device. So, if you want to keep the watch syncing to your phone, you can’t connect it to your tablet. If otherwise, go to watch settings and ‘forget’ your phone connection, then you’ll be able to re-pair with your tablet.

          You dont need to repair.

Keep the watch paired with one device and in your tablet for example you can see the activities etc.
