Alarm during sleeping hours ?

Hello . It is seems to me that there is something wrong with the functionality of the alarm .

During the sleeping hours (when the watch enters DND mode automatically should you select so) the alarm is not activated

I believe this is not the desired functionality because as a user it is more possible that I would like the alarm to wake me up , which can happen at an time , especially when you set “once” , meaning this is a specific time-event requiring me to wake up

As of now this is not working correctly , at least to my understanding

@thanasis The alarm does work during auto-DND with sleep.

Works for me also, DND is enabled all nights and my alarms always work.

@isazi interesting … it’s not working in my case . Are you sure the alarm is set on a time within the sleeping hours ??

I’ve tried with an alarm time within DND, not specific sleeping hours. I don’t use them because my phone is always in flight mode at night.
How does it work for you when you try to replicate? Sometimes it’s easy to miss the sound and vibration… Or are you sure it never works at all?

I set a sleeping hours of 23:30-07:05 and set an alarm for “once” at 06:30

I have tones on the alarm but it didn’t ring . I was already awake though. This is the 3rd time I noticed . When the alarm is after the sleeping hours it is working fine

@thanasis my auto DnD is set between 23 and 8 every day, and every time I need the alarm is before that (otherwise I use my home alarm). Last time I used it is this morning, and it woke me up.

Mine is. Are you setting auto-DND or manually enabling DND? My sleep hours are set from 10pm to 6:30 am and this morning I set an alarm for 5:30 am.it worked fine.

after resetting the watch’s settings , it worked.

i still feel thought that there is something causing this instability, but since it is fixed I am happy with it

Bringing back this topic …
Last night I left my S9p next to my bed with the alarm to ring at 06:59. The watch apparently went into sleep or something and the alarm rang when I picked it up at 07:51 (completely random time ) and not in time

Please note that I have disabled the HR readings and the DND and sleeping hours

Does anyone have the same or it’s just my watch with that issue ?
