Hello, today i noticed that when i submerged my watch to sea. Glass got partially fogged from inside for a while. It wasn’t so hot outside (around 29 degree celsius) and water was around 25 degree. I was swimming in sea for last two weeks but i didn’t notice this until today. Should i be concerned about it?

@Tomas5 just to notice, i do only shallow swimming, snorkeling. And rarely i dive at maximum 3-4 meters deep.

While you contact support, put it on a box and cover with rice.
Usually, this removes the humidity. I use this trick for my phone

@suzzlo it was fogged only partially and only for few minutes after submerging to water, now i don’t see any condensation/fog etc. I will see what support says.

I assume the watch was quite warm compared to the water and the inside of the watch can not have 0% relative humidity. maybe it happens rarely that you get to the dew point of the watche’s atmosphere?

@freeheeler it was at morning, air and water temperature wasn’t so different. Before i was swimming in higher temperatures and there was no condensation inside watch. But i will see what suunto support says.

So I talked to suunto custommer service via chat on website, they told me that if fog dissapears in few minutes it is considered OK. I should worry only if it persists for long time.
