    Hi

I recently tried to use the Suunto app on my IPhone coming from and connected to S22 ultra.

After disconnecting and signing out form my S22, I went ahead and logged in to the Suunto app on my IPhone however, my Bluetooth can never find the watch nor the Suunto app.

The above attempt failed even after a full hard reset of the watch.

Any suggestions please on how to move form my Samsung to the app on my iPhone without having to do another reset and lose the data on the watch ?

    Thanks

Is your watch set up with “discovery” on? In connectivity settings?

@Mff73 Yes my Bluetooth is turned on all the time. I can still see the Samsung connection and it says disconnected

@BinoWorld-UK samsung sees it because it si paired already. There is special switch in watch to enable discovery. Settings/Connectivity/Discovery. It must be enabled. Without it new phone will not be able to find it. Just enabled bluetooth is not enough.

@BinoWorld-UK good to see your post as I’ll be upgrading from my Note 10 to the S22 Ultra. I will say, every time I’ve upgraded a Samsung phone, I didn’t loose my treks in my watch or my Suunto App as with Suunto Link, the treks are already transferred.

in the watch you can also “forget” the connected phone under settings -> connectivity -> connected devices -> mobile app

@freeheeler Good to know, and something I’m watching now, regarding syncing over events, I just did app updates on my phone, restarted the phone, and now my Suunto App is syncing directly with my Traverse, which is was not doing about 2 hours ago.
