    Hello all, my watch dont work, stuck on down arrow.

    SuuntoLink try to update my watch from v 2.20.30 to v 2.20.30 ??? same firmware, i dont know why.

    Stuck on down arrow, when i try to update my watch, i got a Error message.

    “Firmwave update error: mode switch failure to application.”

    Im on windows 11, suuntolink ver 4.1.8

        I have try soft and hard reset, but nothing work.

        How you solve this please ? thanks a lot.

          @Esgalion My wife’s watch is under warranty, so on Wednesday I will take it to the store where we bought it. Have you tried a hard reset (pressing the top left and right buttons at the same time)? For me, after a short time, the arrow is down again, so I will complain to the seller.

            @Martin-Vrska yes both reset, with app and with 2 uper buttons. nothing work.

            so, i will do same, go to warrantly my new watch. Thanks for help
