      Hello all,
      Hope you are doing great. I bought an Ambit 3 peak new about one year ago, i yesterday I noticed some kind of condensation on it. It was like 18-25C with wind. Is this normal? I don’t recall seeing this on my previous ambits

      Thank you all

        Afair we’ve discussed this topic sometimes in the past.
        It can happen sometimes, and it’s normal, but you can always chat with support just to check it

          @André-Faria

          I hope I can express myself with my (poor) English

          sometimes, in case of strong gradients and high atmospheric humidity. Water Resistant watches have the same air inside as outside, and the relative humidity rate is slower to compensate for differences. It does not cause damage/malfunctions. It is ‘normal’ if it disappears after a few hours at a temperate constant temperature (inside the house for min 2 max 48 hours in the most marked cases)

            Thank you. Support told me to have more photos to see the issue, and to try a reset .

              Thank you for the explanation. It disappeared within minutes. Just found bizarre, it was on the flat on San Francisco area.

                  I have the same on my ambit 3, this has never been a problem and the watch functions normal, when the sun’s out the condensation fades away.

                      I also had it a couple of times after getting it to the sea. If I recall correctly, it happened after getting serviced (opened and resealed) by the local authorized dealer. Nevertheless, didn’t had any issues and still works today after ~3 years or so.
