Hello!
I am having the same problem as in the referenced thread: sometimes the activity does not start with the middle button, instead the screen goes back to the previous one (select sport). I am pretty sure that it is not a hardware issue, at least doesn’t the button feel coarse or get stuck.
This was especially irritating when I was starting a roller ski race a some week back; you cannot use the touch screen to initiate the session, but after a minute with frantic pressing it did start.

@Mattias-Alm Well, short press starts the exercise while slightly longer press (1 second) goes back… It might get slightly stuck without you noticing as 1 second is still quite short time…

@Mattias-Alm Rinse it with warm water. Maybe that will do the trick.

Got the same problem. It is intermittent (worse when cold). But, it is possible to operate the watch with touch. So, this is certainly not a s/w problem. You can swipe left to select the activity and i think i managed to start it with just pressing on the screen.
Still a question: does washing it help?
