Suunto X Mammut Vertical Ti

I’ll post this here. Looking at one image on Mammut’s website shows the Sun & Moon watch face not quite the same as the one on current Vertical firmware. Notice there are additional dark blue bars at the ends of the solar ring which I assume represent astronomical twilight.

Is this change coming or just a difference in UI design vs end product, as is also the case with many of the widgets shown on the User Guide?

I didn’t believe it yesterday, that the price on Amazon could be real. I assumed, there would be a typo in the description or a mistake in the price. Nevertheless I pulled the trigger and today I am sure, it is really a Suunto Vertical Titanium Solar Black for 599 EUR, new, sealed box.

With a new strap it’s a nice watch in a fresh color …

@pilleus This looks like a China strap and it’s definitely not the one from the original Vertical. If I were you, I would be skeptical as to whether everything is above board.

I suppose the strap was not included or maybe it’s the “solar black” color … in fact it’s yellow as the sun with some black hints

It’s a strap from one of my other watches. The original strap coming with the Vertical is black. Everything is okay.

The most comfortable strap, even when tightened to the maximum. And the color of the 26 mm velcro stretch strap is perfect for the black Vertical with the green solar panel. And easy to mount on the watch.

It is more mammut than the orange one.

I have a 22 mm and this 26 mm strap. The 26 mm gives me the best feeling and the Vertical seems to be light as never before. No slip on the wrist and the perfect fit.

I didn’t take the original spring bars (is this the correct word?) of the Suunto strap, but I took two 22 mm spring bars without the little thorn for the quick release. Just to say it, because these are not included.
