@vinc14 said in where to find the VO2MAX information?: ok i have 4 of them running and trail running in the last 6 weeks - it seems not enough 4 mal Laufen in 6 Wochen erscheint mir wirklich etwas wenig.

@Rohit-Ravindran Have you considered recording the treadmill run as a separate Treadmill activity? That’s what I always do on my gym day - I start with a 1-2 mile warm-up on treadmill and record that separately. Then I record the rest of the gym session as Weight Training. But I wouldn’t be opposed to always recording steps on more sports. I guess the problem is where to draw the line. There are a lot of sports like cycling, skiing, or water sports where steps should definitely not be recorded.

@vinc14 I didn’t say you started measure manually. Just guessing : the widget may indicate the last unique measure (even automatic done during night) and the night summary is still the best guess of all night measures.

@MarkusG Strava Live Segments guide is no longer available for custom sport profiles too. According to @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos , the same workaround - adding intervals data screen - should help with Strava Live Segments too, but that is a very silly workaround since Strava Live Segments feature has nothing to do with workouts, and that uses one of the 3 available data screens.

@danyel said in Missing sleep phases: @Robbin053 This is not a bug, Vertical 1 does not have sleep stage analysis, except deep sleep. As a matter of fact it means that VS has at least two sleep stage analysis: deep sleep and everything other than deep sleep:)

@jase2983 Suunto Vertical does not offer music playback from the watch. However currently Suunto Run has this function, plus Suunto Aqua headphones also have on-device audio storage.

said in Intermittent HR band disconnects: @SuperFlo75 Minę after update finally works SO FAR. Fingers crossed. Nope. Today it didn’t found my chest strap. Before start running I went to connected devices, chooses chest strap and couldn’t connect. I disconnected all devices (well, strap chest only) did soft reset of watch, and tried to connect it but my watch can’t find it. Strap was wet, on my chest, with brand new battery and of course connected on good side… There’s still problem with bluetooth

I guess you wanna know if the Guide you have been following is recorded somewhere? No, sadly it isn’t. I know within Garmin FIT files you see what the objective has been that you followed… The other question is whether you can edit the Guide directly on your watch? No, you can’t do that. And even worse, you cannot look into the Guide in advance on the watch…

@vinc14 you clearly do not understand what is HRV good for, it’s not useless. It’s not about comparison with other users / people. It’s about your personal range and trends connected with it. For example my range is 32 - 45, my wife has HRV above 80. It’s genetics, everyone is different. But I can follow trends within my range - i.e. when I am sick, my HRV is going down, bellow my minimal range and it’s an early sign that something is wrong. It’s not about one value, but trend over time. There are a lot of articles online, I’d suggest to read up on it and not to make such bold statements that it’s useless. From the way you ask questions I have the impression that you don’t spend much time with your own research, do you?

@VoiGAS just drove back from Tirol and wanted to say the same thing When switched off and in sunshine, the battery charges 1% in 100-120 mins. When using it, Suunto’s own stats tell the real story… not many people will need solar but it’s a nice to have.

I don’t believe anyone could have the same strange question, but who knows… As a proud owner of a use Vertical Titanium I see now that its not only the Bezel thats made of metal - like the Race S - but most of the case. So it makes no sense to change the bezel even if it would be possible

@vinc14 you can lock the watch during the activity - go to Control panel (or hold the bottom button) - Button lock. Do the same to unlock.
