@pavel-samokha For my SV I noticed a increased battery consumption after downloading new maps or updating maps… for example from 100% to 10% in about 3 weeks, and normally it goes from 100% to 10% in 4 weeks… but I also noticed a normal behavior when doing a soft reset after charging and downloading maps… can you explain this behavior?

@SuperFlo75 I don’t think updated maps have any influence on battery life

@pavel-samokha Ok, thanks for your answer, but I had this experience 🤔 I wrote down everything I did with my SV and when…

Hello I had purchased a suunto vertical and I’m having issues with the maps. I’ve tried everything I could find on the internet but the maps are always blank. No roads or anything. Already deleted and re-downloaded maps multiple times. Did soft resets and hard resets. I had read over the other post about it but I still cant seem to get the maps to show anything. Good GPS fix and everything

First of all. How you download the maps? Is the watch connected to wifi and in the charger? Do you see the message in the screen that the maps are being downloaded and you wait till they are downloaded, depending on the area it could take pretty long time.

When you check them are you sure that you are in the downloaded area?

                I’m in NC
                N 35° 19’ 48.509
                W 80° 43’ 57.064

I downloaded with watch on charger and wifi. Didn’t touch either the watch or my phone while it was downloading. It had the message while it was downloading the whole time and got the message it was completed. All I could ever get the map to show is this ![0_1720532721582_1000001553.jpg](Uploading 75%)
