running estimate

I no longer have the display of race time estimates in the CTL widget of my Suunto race, only the Vo2 max…

@Zachetfrit i dint seen this estimate since i have this watch… and my vo2 max i only see on days when i was running. on recovery days the watch didnt show my vo2 max

Even if you scroll down to bottom of the widget under vo2 max ?

@GiPFELKiND it is not a dedicated widget, it is in the « training progression » (CTL) widget

I had it during the first days when wore the watch.

@Zachetfrit never had mine despite running more than 10 runs with intervals and long runs . Was told there will be an update in firmware but don’t see any for race yet

Mine now only has VO2 max, no race predictions. They were there yesterday but now they’ve gone. Additionally, my CTL is now 0.

@leafs93 after my 10th run or so, finally had my running estimate show up ! And I must say they seem to be quite accurate .

My running estimates seem to be pretty accurate I would say, very impressed

@gone-troppo do they remain in your watch and gets purged after a while? I finally got the estimates which was very accurate but disappeared again after another run . This is so disappointing.

My running estimates are show (on Vertical), but how often/when do they change? I ran an all out 5k a couple of days ago and I was faster than my time predicted by watch. After 4days, my 5k estimation is still ‘old’ one. I suspect it should lower to at least my last run or am I wrong?

There are other people with this issue of the running estimate/Lactate threshold?
Or is not shown after 3 activities? Should be more? How many?

Load train this week always missing today’s activity (next day will appear)

@Likarnik based on my personal experience for my Vertical, i think running estimate changes/update is not measure by running speed improvement but VO2 Max improvement.
