@GratefulDeadpan I just ran into the exact same issue: unpairing Bluetooth and clearing the app cache alone didn’t do the trick—I had to restart my phone as well. After the reboot, I was able to reconnect the watch in the Suunto app without any problems.

@Mff73 Yesterday it happened the second time for me and the exercise is lost at the moment. First time it happened was on 03.07.2026 with an older version of SA and now I have version 6.13.8. I had luck to restore this exercise because it was listed in my personal record’s, so I could access and activate it by remove the sharing with friends. But if I would share it again it would disappear once more, so I have to be carefully with my own “reported” units. Actually the “report” option is not on the menu for me, so I can not cause to much damage since my last report but I think in a few days it will probably appear.

I found the issue. Even though the WiFi was not connected, my VPN connection was still enabled. Once I turned that off, the delay was gone immediately.

@wotus Checked, and bug is still present. I will make a comment to Suunto on this.

@Wilson75 After updating the app to version 6.13.8 beta, the volume of my Suunto Spark increased noticeably—even though they hadn’t received any updates themselves.

@Bruno-Garcia I managed to delete my routes based on this guideline. @Mff73 said in How to erase Clock routes?: If we are talking about routes (in watch navigation menu ), in Android you can “delete” them like this 1- Go to Android settings --> Applications --> SuuntoApp --> Delete storage 2- It will delete locally all your SuuntoApp datas, but, normally all is synced in cloud 3- Reconnect to you account, repair watch and sync 4- Normally your MC routes are now synced in SA and you can toggle them off and then delete them. I has worked twice for me.

Don’t know if this is by design (but I don’t think so). In training zone > progress tab > VO2max chart, the green region is highlighted. I think it should be white, or the yellow region should be highlighted. [image: 1787255015425-1000063105.png]

@JamieCasper It’s a confirmed bug introduced in the release in February. Unfortunately it has not been resolved yet. Still present in version 6.12.6 released August 5th. The work around is to save with different time value. And then edit the new saved post and change the time value.

@2b2bff You are probably right. The phenomenon exists on both types of operating systems. There is a discussion on the subject in the link that @petrmisek attached.

Hello. I just did a 100mile. 29h, HR strap, light, vibration, notification on, absolutely no problem there. Then I synced to App. Activity shows 161km, which is according to my readings. However, the map doesn’t show the last 1.5 km (approximately) although start and finish where at the exact same location. Also in the app it takes a very long time to load the data, i.e. map, statistics, HR data etc. Anyone has same experience?

@2b2bff It strikes me as absurd that a watch messaging app can’t access the data stored on the watch
