Too bad, looks like the bug is back. I’m using SuuntoApp 6.7.12.

@Gunnar Hiding message content was enabled on my Xiaomi phone for WhatsApp. Consequently, Suunto couldn’t access the message content. Problem solved. If anyone else has the same issue, this was the solution.

Also want to say: On the other hand, between trails that are automatically followed while building routes in Suunto’s route planner and heat maps to have some idea of where people have gone before, I find what Suunto has done to work pretty well. Yes, there are issues. I still prefer Suunto’s approach, where I have to engage with the route planning more, to the supposed ease and clarity provided by e.g. Garmin’s automatic routing. Better to think oneself than offload it all to technology. (We had quite many discussions about that when I was among the fieldtesters, however…)

The issue has been reported and will be addressed in the updates

@Egika I know I can add a photo; but a) I need to do it every single time and b) it creates endless duplicates of the same picture witch is dumb and storage consuming. I’m good with knowing I didn’t miss anything though, and this is actually how it works. Cheers

I am having the same issue on my phone, the circle is loading but won’t load anything

I noted that is possible to insert (using SA) an emoticon as one of the 5 Notification quick replies: I tried with WhatsApp and the replay is correctly sent to the receiver. But that emoticon is not rendered on the watch when choosing among the 5 possible replies, only tree dots (…) are shown in its place. A small bug(!)

@SergioB Today, I also did an interval run from a SuuntoPlus guide created myself and standard run profile. No lap table at all on the app (6.6.5). First time I got this issue.

Could be a permissions thing on your employers side. While I was working there were restrictions in place between certain apps all by work/employer policy. This may not be a Suunto issue.
