@Mff73 I can confirm this. I downloaded an activity from 31-12-2023 and the file name contained the year 2024. I also tried an activity from 26th of December last year and that file was named correct.

@johan6504 I’m pretty confident with MC statistics for swimming, it’s just sad that there is nothing in SA. Is the switch to ST mobile worth it (spending the money)?

@Tobias-F when Garmin released multiple devices support it was an nightmare, my half activities ended duplicates and so forth, so I have stopped to use it, for them it took one year or even more to smash bugs related to this feature and it is still having some quirks, like for example workout is not being synced from bike computer to watch and etc 😉

Hi Brad,

Oh definitely. I’ll give it a go. I do know right now though that route planning is not an option on a smart phone.

I use an Ordnance Survey map, satellite photos and movescount to plot new routes. Land in the UK is not open access and where possible, I do try to stick to public rights of way. I wouldn’t be able to do this on a smart phone.

@sartoric The preview appears completely different from the route on the map. Next time I’ll try to use it anyway in a real trek.
Is the preview thing an already known problem? If it is just the preview it is annoying but at least is not dangerous in a real world scenario.

yes, you’re right, I tried changing that, learning that it is impossible with MC app and now did it thru the cable… at least in MC web it shows that the setting is on baro now.

So it seems that SA refuse my gpx file, it had been made on komoot like many other before, the import in the SA had no problem. But impossible to add it to the watch.
Well, gpx file deleted.
I have do another gpx file with the same method and the transfer to the watch was ok.
Wait and see if it happend again later.

Hi,
SA seems to have accepted your GPX, because you saw the route (on your screenshot).
The issue was that SA, at that time, didn’t want to sync with your watch.
I had this sometimes (though not recently ), and untoggle the route in SA and toggle on again, will let SA to Sync to watch. Maybe some connection glitch at that particular moment.
Maybe your new trial with another GPX was just successful because no more glitch.
Just a though.
