@Mff73 thank you for your answer! Full data is not in the watch anymore. However, resetting the app shows the workout again, so it is not deleted from my account.

But the problem persists: whenever i try to edit the tags and save it, the workout is “hidden” completely in the device used for editing, including effects on CTL etc. This happens on my phone aswell as on my tablet. Resetting the app shows the workout again, although with the old tags … is that possibly a bug or a problem with that specific workout?🤔

I have just uninstal and reinstalled, but still the same issue.

Looks like this issue was directly on server side. After sync with support within few days it was solved.

Waypoints must be on your route while POIs can be everywhere.

Ah, that is a good explanation! I have seen this message as well and all it did was that it confused me. So whoever created these waypoints should have

labeled them as POIs (if that is possible in a track), or offered them separate to the track as „POI add-on“.

Or would it make sense if SA offered to import these „off route waypoints“ as POIs instead? Ideally showing them on the map and allowing to pick interesting ones for import?

There was an issue related to app data to be cleaned (from android settings - application - clean app data and cache).
I’m not really sure this can help you as you installed the app from scratch on a new phone, but maybe you could give it a try.

You could try to “force close” the app too

Which Spartan / firmware do you have ?
Suunto App version ?
Movescount version ?
Do you have both apps installed on the same phone ?

Consider that this forum is mainly for Suunto App discussions and “officially” you can’t have both apps on the same phone due to some resource sharing issues

For Suunto App : did you already try to unpair - pair the watch and logout/login ?
This should fix the issue (from previous version) as SA will ask again for access rights to your Phonebook

@ianshowalter should be fixed in latest as its a known internal bug

@Dušan-Ković afaik recreating the routes in SA or factory reset and go back to MC.
