Hi! I would like to know if Suuntos new algorithm includes stress or not. I find it strange if it doesn’t but that would explain why I always have stress score 0. Every day is the same since the new algorithm was introduced. Does anybody know if they include or exclude stress score? For me resources doesn’t work at all. And I also get everyday the same resource score 99% when I wake up and it goes down in a very linear line No matter what I do during the day. I find the heart rate ok during the day (not including any sport activities). The same for HRV. At least for me the resources are unusable. @mff73 Thanks again…my last question. As you can see in these pictures (all of them are from the same activity), I can see different data of these activities that seems lost. @Iver-Nicolaisen-0 I would contact support. In the last week, I have tested S9PP, Race and Vertical. All are are recording sleep and syncing to the app.

@Pierre-L I’ve got exactly the same problem you had. I accepted the critical update, the app worked as normal for about 2 days and then would no longer open. It still won’t open 3-4 days later so I’m also going to have to delete and reinstall it. Do you lose any data - routes, custom sport modes etc - if you delete the app? I assume it’s all saved on a server and will redownload to the phone app? Edit: my phone is telling me I have over 2GB of data in the app, no idea what this is, I thought only the most recent activities (plus routes) were stored on the phone. @slashas its not lost but the week gets cleared up afaik. But sure, definately something to improve.

I’m suffering from this too and I’ve heard too many stating the same, have to ask around if we know any root cause or can see it from analytics, but this is not good. It continues in the next release too, we’ll see if that one comes to Beta or can we fix this before next beta release.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos This thread is related to the same discussion we had on messenger about file from SA was missing pool length and number of laps. Any idea when it can be set to resolved.

Today i found out that Android version of suunto app has more usefull features as fullscreen zoomable graphs, comparison of multiple activities on same track and some other features looks more usable. Can we expect improvements in iOS version to match Android usefull features?

I am curious to know if those on IOS only (IPhone + Ipad) have their Diary automatically synced between the two devices or if they need to pair the watch with each device to have the Diary synced like me Android phone + Ipad
