Would be good to see this fixed. I’m impressed with the watch hardware but not respecting focus settings in current information overload times is very disappointing

New beta just kicked off ver 2.36. In the version description it says menstrual cycle tracking. It seems all kinds of goodies are on the way.

@tuxella ok, I get the point but I also think this is a sensitive issue that should be acknowledged and solved by Suunto! Do you have any idea how?

Hello, This forum is a total mess :), too many informations in too many posts for same topics. @Mff73 said in How to erase Clock routes?: If we are talking about routes (in watch navigation menu ), in Android you can “delete” them like this 1- Go to Android settings --> Applications --> SuuntoApp --> Delete storage 2- It will delete locally all your SuuntoApp datas, but, normally all is synced in cloud 3- Reconnect to you account, repair watch and sync 4- Normally your MC routes are now synced in SA and you can toggle them off and then delete them. I has worked twice for me. I can’t test it on iOS, but, the logic might be the same : delete storage or even app on iphone, reinstall it, reconnect, and let SA get all routes that are in the watch, and then delete them FROM SA without forgetting to unticked them before. [Edit] Without hardresetting the watch

spoke to the RT guys. rubiTrack downloads what it gets from the API. If something is missing, the reason is that it doesn’t exist (on Suunto’s API page).

There may be a problem with the cache of the watch, it’s worth trying a soft reste (upper button during 12s). Most of the GPS reviews are quite positive for the S9, so no reason it wouldn’t work for you. I personally experienced very accurate tracks so far, happy to share some activities as an example.

It is not a Suunto App problem in general as there are several user who made it working. For me, Suunto App appears in the Share sheet, but ape@map not anymore. So maybe it depends on which app is installed first? I don’t know…

@Angie-Liu said in Does anybody has problem importing GPX file to sunnto app in ios.13: If you have already started sychrozing GPS file with SA, then there’s nothing to do with you, movescount is disabled for Hope I am making this clear? It is clear It is not advised, but you can still sync to Movescount, even with SA customization (route or sportsmode), BUT only using in parallel the MC app. It is just to let you know the trick and use it on purpose (to have the best of SA, and still the best of MC, just without SuuntoLink but MCapp on your phone as the syncer).

I didn’t notice at first but there’s actually plenty of nice add-ons in this version! Getting the distance (and not only the time) in the home page 30d/week/month summary is another one: [image: 1605212786776-e2e1c83f-dff5-49a4-a5ea-85fc246002ad.jpeg]

@Bulkan Hi, unfortunately not. I made a mistake on the beginning when providing the models, I have a 5 and a 9. No wear OS. Suunto App or the watch does not offer to choose between Apps for notifications, right?

@Brad_Olwin I already did that. On their side everything seems fine and works. As I said, all other apps/ services work like Strava, Garmin or Coros. The strange thing is that the last 2 or 3 activities are in fact the latest and than all other activities are in the wrong order (so, 2-3 activities from 2023 and the next one from 2012 or so). That’s why I thought it’s a bug in the app which sorts by the wrong time stamp.

Not sure if this is related to the fact that I’m using the app on MBP, but it seems that the search function in the map is not working anymore. The spinner keeps spinning and it doesn’t find anything

@Egika no it hasn’t. Have delete and reinstalled many times (have even changed phone and reinstalled and no luck). Have changed watches and reset them as well.
