@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos said in How do I connect two devices (two different watches) to the Suunto app?: @Roel-de-Waal you can unpair repair and use 2 watches. Its not optimal and this feature is yet to come. But unpairing repairing from my experience does not take more than 20s as there is no pincode needed. I hope for my future new S3-S5 combination there will soon be a more elegant solution in SA.

@Gábor-Tóth what kind of hr belt do you have? I have I polar H10 and even when some problems with noise after not working out with a wet belt I never had so high hr. Had such high hr using the old suunto hr belt but that one isn’t in use any more because of bad quality

@thanasis Let me know next time this happens and send logs right away to Suunto from the app. Copy me here with the email you use for SA and I will forward this to Suunto to see if there is a bug.

Sorry i did not realise there was a topic about this subject before. I tried to search for key words before started this one. From what i read this is a long lasting requirement. I cant understand why would they not make this happen. So far i really like the watch, the app would need some improvement, but not to able to upload this kind of simple data is just a mistery to me. The uploading to Apple health is already working, i guess it would no be such a challenge to add sleep data to it. Is there some real reason this was not done, or they just dont care? Thx for your thoughts!

@pavel-samokha said in Suunto App not working on a Mac M1 chip using Ventura 13.0.1: @Brad_Olwin if I got it right it works for those who installed SA prior to Ventura, and if one reinstall or logoff/login then the app stuck on the map view. Though could be different in newer beta. I’ll try on my wife’s M1 and get back to you later. She has not installed this.

I have exactly the same issue on my 9 Peak Pro. The first time I used the watch for indoor skiing, it calculated everything correctly. But now it detects 1 run at best on all my subsequent visits to the indoor location. I tried playing with different settings, like leaving GPS on or off, doing barometer calibration before the training, etc. Nothing seems to help, although the elevation chart at the end of the training looks accurate. It just fails to detect the descents.

@Matúš said in Suunto App iOS - Stuck on Uploading Activity: @raven said in Suunto App iOS - Stuck on Uploading Activity: “Secondary” devices, in my experience, have never been fully synchronized with everything the “primary” device has. Just for information, as reported as bugs-solver in many other threads, I’ve re-installed the Suunto app on the “secondary” device: after the synchronization, now (as previously (for me)) the data are again fully aligned with the ones in the “primary” device/app. So delete and re-install? I can try that and see if it helps; thanks! Edit: That seems to have worked, although ATL is one point off on the second device, but other metrics like sleep have fully loaded now. Interesting. Also, I had to re-jigger several settings, like switching imperial to metric and the first day of the week to Monday.

@jthomi said in Time estimation for routes running is really low: Why not leave it to the user who can set an average tempo for planning his runs/rides/whatever? This would be no. 3 in the “list”
