I have exactly the same issue on my 9 Peak Pro. The first time I used the watch for indoor skiing, it calculated everything correctly. But now it detects 1 run at best on all my subsequent visits to the indoor location. I tried playing with different settings, like leaving GPS on or off, doing barometer calibration before the training, etc. Nothing seems to help, although the elevation chart at the end of the training looks accurate. It just fails to detect the descents.

@dankcushions ok so it would not require a watch update but an app/api update. This is probably a good news, hopefully they can fond out how to fix it… Thx for tout insight

@jthomi said in Time estimation for routes running is really low: Why not leave it to the user who can set an average tempo for planning his runs/rides/whatever? This would be no. 3 in the “list”

Nope, no Movescount, haven’t had that on since I installed the beta way back when, nothing changed on my phone from Saturday to Monday. The install from App Store did the trick.

@Pattadon said in Errors in calculating calories and sleep display on SA: Cheer up! you guys have done well so far and I very enjoy using the watch and the app. This is just another tiny little bug to fix. To the team, this is something I have to agree. Moving back between Movescount and SA, and I do think SA is superfun to use. The ability to see people’s exercises route is just brilliant!

The reason for this is: the latest move will not be synched with rubitrack, As work around I generate a “fake move”. With the next sync the data shows up. NT

Yes, that was my main question. Complete track in QS, strava and SportTracks but lack of 400 meters in Suunto app…

@Brad_Olwin I agree that a larger phone screen with higher resolution would make it easier. I also agree that is is still possible to plan a route even on a small phone screen, but that would involve a fair bit of zooming in and out for longer routes. I am still bothered though that there is no elevation profile when editing a route in SA. My phone is intentionally small (5" screen) because I take it with me when running. I don’t have a tablet but I have a couple of Mac laptops and a Windows desktop.
