@Danny-poleg said in Bug with elevation, when transfer route from wikiloc into suunto app: there is no need to change anything in an imported route I don’t understand. If I import a gpx file which doesn’t contain any altitude information, I get an empty altitude profile. When I edit the route and redraw a part of the route, only that part is recalculated instead of the whole route.

@seanvk there were similar issues with Hammerhead Karoo - it synced with Strava and Training Peaks, but not with the Suunto App - problem solved this morning by going onto the Hammerhead platform and manually syncing to Suunto.

@off242 Suunto offers an API to accept workouts from other platforms, and makes partnerships, such as with Hammerhead and Xiaomi in the past. So you should request the platform you use to contact Suunto, or just implement the Suunto API to send activities.

@The_77 I assume you’d better ask Runalyze how they do the sync and to contact Suunto to clarify the differences

@taziden Yes indeed, it must come from this api. Can’t wait for Nolio to plug in! Endpoint provides daily steps, energy consumption (in joules), HR data and SpO2 based on sample values from the watches. However, I have my doubts as to whether the HRV is part of the data shared via the API… Even if Nolio connects, it could be half a victory.

@stromdiddily said in Ultratrail coaching partner connection: Tried this yesterday but the summary page still shows “Fastest Trail running” type stats which I’ll have to decide whether they are more important than getting the actual guide to work. Yeah, the app does not update those descriptions for I do not know what reason Also contact the developers of UTC (if you haven’t done) and ask them to enable running guide for all running sports, it’s pretty easy.

@VncntDm Logs are sent, Thanks. As Dimi said - after the latest reinstall your all your ski tours were synced to Suunto Cloud, but because of services reconnect the missing one were not synced to Strava. What you need to do now to upload to Strava: in Suunto App in Workout which hasn’t been uploaded to Strava -> Menu in upper right cornet -> Download FIT file Then in Strava Upload Activity -> File -> Select Downloaded FIT file

@Matthijs you are not connected to the service anymore, but the app still shows the connection. Contact support and they’ll remove that for you.

@isazi Then the activities would simply not be provided by user settings. Sounds rather simpler to me.

Yes, they sync fine I guess the question is also whether Strava knows what to do with them. I sync yoga, bodypump, aerobics, indoor rowing and pool swimming workouts
