A sensor is not working or broken. I’m afraid needs repair service.

@lucserv have you tried keeping the upper button pressed for 12/20 seconds? I can’t see the picture you posted.

@TiagoSPM there are other discussions about this topic eg. https://forum.suunto.com/topic/8492/why-aren-t-ar-glasses-still-used-instead-of-a-watch?_=1672856067468 I’m closing this one to avoid duplicates

Please disregard and remove post. There was just a delay with the app loading on the watch. Thanks

@Marco-Grangetto check this post, there is a firmware with a fix that you can install yourself before release. It should solve your problem.

If the activity is still on the watch, I remember that uninstalling and then reinstalling the app should help.

If you use the search function you should find other discussions about this and how to clean the watch, using just luke warm water. I’m closing this one to avoid duplicates

Answering my own question after a few weeks of troubleshooting: I could never get my Suunto to connect to the power meter, so I ended up getting the Hammerhead Karoo 2 which uploads workouts to Suunto with the watt information. It’s not perfect, because now I have two workouts each time- one from my watch (which measures heart rate), and one from the Karoo (which measures wattage). I could probably combine them if I just got a separate heart monitor, but I wish that Suunto just supported Ant+ in the first place.

@Michał-Ciba something may be wrong with the hardware, contact support and see what they say.

@jiri-kuran This is sensor issue probably, maybe you covered the sensor during the buke ride, wind can also mess the altitude, or the sensor just needs a cleaning…

@jimmyG78 Just thinking out lout. Do you see an option to enable / disable Feeling in the activity settings before you start the activity? Maybe it’s disabled for that activity.

@TiagoSPM I would say no. I do not think the hardware will support the HRV collection and calculation performed on the 9PP/Vertical/Race. Those three watches have similar hardware. The 9 Peak and 9 Baro have similar hardware and are not compatible with the current firmware for the first three watches I mentioned.

@dzaziz Low and high refer to backlight intensity, not sensitivity of arm movement.

@Sean-Marshall The development for the Suunto 9 will most likely be limited to any outstanding bug fixes. I doubt you will see new features coming to this watch as the hardware will not support it.

@Sean-Marshall I answered this in a different post, unlikely to see new features coming to this watch and the hardware will not support the newest operating system. The only watch in the 9 family that is still getting updates is the 9Peak Pro, which had similar hardware to the Race and the Vertical.

@markodraclin0310 if the battery only lasts one day, better call support
